  • 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh or dried
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrots, honey, olive oil, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the carrots are well coated.
  3. Spread the carrots evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
