- 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled
- 1 cup orange juice
- 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 0.5 cup ice cubes
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
