- 1 cup Grated Carrots
- 1 cup Cooked Chickpeas
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, chickpeas, bread crumbs, egg, cumin, and salt.
2. Mash the mixture until well combined and form into patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
