Main Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, combine the shredded carrots and cabbage.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
