Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flank Steak trimmed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 small Tortillas corn or flour
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 1 cup Salsa your choice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the steak with garlic, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Grill the steak for about 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  4. 4. Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  5. 5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. 6. Assemble the tacos with steak, cilantro, onion, and salsa.
