Ingredients 

Marinade Ingredients

  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 Jalapeño finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
  2. 2. Whisk until well combined.
  3. 3. Place the steak in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it.
  4. 4. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. 5. Remove the steak from the marinade and cook as desired.
