Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Whole milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Pistachios, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
  3. 3. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the milk reduces to half.
  4. 4. Add chopped pistachios and cardamom powder. Mix well.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into freezer-safe molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
