Instructions
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat.

3. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the milk reduces to half.
4. Add chopped pistachios and cardamom powder. Mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into freezer-safe molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
