Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 cups Popped popcorn
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 cups Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Place popcorn in a large roasting pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla extract. Pour over popcorn, stirring to coat evenly.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
