  • 1 cup Strong brewed coffee Hot
  • 1 small Apple Peeled, cored, and diced
  • 2 tablespoon Caramel sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, heat the diced apple with a tablespoon of caramel sauce until tender.
  2. 2. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each serving glass.
  3. 3. Top the ice cream with the warm caramel apples.
  4. 4. Pour hot coffee over the ice cream and apples.
  5. 5. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce and serve immediately.
