  • 1 ball Fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1 large Tomato sliced
  • 1 handful Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the bread, mozzarella, and tomato.
  2. 2. Layer the mozzarella, tomato, and basil leaves on one slice of bread.
  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Top with the second slice of bread and serve immediately.
