Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 2 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 handful Fresh basil leaves torn
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. 2. Drizzle olive oil over the toasted bread.
  3. 3. Layer the mozzarella slices on the bread.
  4. 4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes on top.
  5. 5. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
  6. 6. Sprinkle torn basil leaves, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
