Main Ingredients
- 1 piece Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 8 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze for drizzling
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
3. Brush the dough with olive oil.
4. Arrange the sliced mozzarella evenly over the dough.
5. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes on top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
8. Top with fresh basil leaves, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
