Caprese Salad Chickpeas Recipe

- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Mozzarella Balls halved
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves torn
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
