Caprese Quesadilla Recipe

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over it.
  3. 3. Add cherry tomatoes and basil leaves on top of the cheese.
  4. 4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  5. 5. Place the second tortilla on top and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. 6. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, another 3-4 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining ingredients to make the second quesadilla.
  8. 8. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
