Caprese Pizza Recipe
A simple and delicious Caprese Pizza with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 1 piece Pizza dough
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 pieces Tomatoes sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh basil
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
Brush the dough with olive oil.
Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
Arrange the tomato slices on top of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Slice and serve.
