Caprese Panini Recipe
A simple and delicious Caprese Panini with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Ciabatta or sourdough
- 1 ball Fresh mozzarella sliced
- 1 large Tomato sliced
- 1 handful Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Preheat the panini press.
2. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
3. Layer mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves on the un-oiled side of two bread slices. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, oiled side out.
5. Place the sandwiches in the panini press and cook until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
6. Serve immediately.
