- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 8 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice baguette and arrange on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
Slice cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.
Top each baguette slice with mozzarella, tomato, and basil.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Season with salt and pepper.
