  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1 bunch Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice baguette and arrange on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  4. Slice cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.
  5. Top each baguette slice with mozzarella, tomato, and basil.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
