Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Fresh mozzarella cubed
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. 3. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, garlic, and a bit of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
