Caprese Bruschetta Recipe
A simple and delicious appetizer combining fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on toasted bread.

- 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Fresh mozzarella cubed
- ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
3. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, garlic, and a bit of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
