  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch kale, chopped
  • 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped kale and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add cannellini beans and vegetable broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
