Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add chopped kale and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
Add cannellini beans and vegetable broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
