  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add water and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Add pecans to the bowl and stir until they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
