  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 2 pcs Red bell peppers roasted and peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika preferably smoked

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
