Canary Island Red Mojo Sauce Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 2 pcs Red bell peppers roasted and peeled
- 1 teaspoon Paprika preferably smoked
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
