Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
  • 1 cup Imitation crab meat shredded
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 Cucumber julienned

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Fold into the cooked rice.
  3. Place a nori sheet on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  4. Arrange crab, avocado, and cucumber along the bottom edge of the rice.
  5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat. Slice into 6-8 pieces with a sharp knife.
