Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
- 1 cup Imitation crab meat shredded
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 Cucumber julienned
Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions.
In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Fold into the cooked rice.
Place a nori sheet on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
Arrange crab, avocado, and cucumber along the bottom edge of the rice.
Roll the sushi tightly using the mat. Slice into 6-8 pieces with a sharp knife.
