Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb calamari cleaned and cut into rings
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh basil for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  2. Add diced tomatoes and oregano. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add calamari rings, cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil.
