Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 2 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 6 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add the sliced carrots and chopped cabbage to the pot. Stir well.
  3. 3. Pour in the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
