- ½ head Cabbage shredded
- 4 Radishes thinly sliced
- 1 Carrot grated
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, sliced radishes, and grated carrot.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
