Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Russet Potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
- ½ cup Butter unsalted
- ½ cup Milk warmed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
3. Add the butter and warm milk to the potatoes.
4. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
