Butternut Squash Sage Pizza

- 1 medium Butternut Squash peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 handful Fresh Sage Leaves
- 1 piece Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil and minced garlic. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until tender.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, roasted butternut squash, and fresh sage leaves.
Bake the pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
