Butternut Squash Ravioli
A delicious homemade ravioli filled with butternut squash.

Ravioli Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Filling
- 2 cups Butternut squash, roasted and mashed
- ½ cup Ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a bowl, mix flour and eggs until a dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes. Let rest for 30 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough thinly. Cut into squares.
3. Mix butternut squash, ricotta, Parmesan, salt, and pepper for the filling.
4. Place a teaspoon of filling on each dough square. Fold and seal edges.
5. Boil ravioli for 3-4 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce.
