  • 1 large Butternut Squash peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the squash evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
