- 1 large Butternut Squash peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread the squash evenly in a baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
