Butternut Squash Apple Soup
A warm, comforting soup made with butternut squash and apples.

Main Ingredients
- 1 large Butternut Squash peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 2 medium Apples peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 3 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
2. Add the cubed butternut squash and chopped apples to the pot.
3. Pour in the vegetable broth and water. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until the squash and apples are tender.
5. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Adjust to taste.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
