Main Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese optional
1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
2. Drain the noodles using a colander.
3. Return the noodles to the pot and add the butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the noodles are coated.
4. Season with salt and black pepper. Add grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
5. Serve warm.
