Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, and spices. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add tomato puree and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 10 more minutes. Serve hot with rice or naan.
