Burger Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 slices Cheese optional
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Lettuce leaves
- 1 Onion sliced
- to taste Ketchup
- to taste Mustard
1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
4. Cook the patties on the preheated grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet for about 1 minute, until lightly browned.
7. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, and mustard. Serve immediately.
