- 8 pieces Bullfrog legs
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
1. Rinse and pat dry the bullfrog legs.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper.
3. Dip the bullfrog legs in milk, then coat with the flour mixture.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the bullfrog legs until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
