  • 8 pieces Bullfrog legs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse and pat dry the bullfrog legs.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Dip the bullfrog legs in milk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the bullfrog legs until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
