Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and onion.
  2. 2. Add the beef slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Cook the beef until it's well done, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
