  • 4 bell peppers halved and seeded
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoon green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  3. Stuff the bell peppers with the chicken mixture.
  4. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
