Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and olive oil. Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce until well coated.
Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
