- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, and garlic powder until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting any excess drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the batter is crispy and golden.
In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter. Brush the sauce mixture over the baked cauliflower.
Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
