Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cups Macaroni
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with buffalo sauce and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.
  3. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Combine macaroni, roasted cauliflower, and cheese sauce in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot.
