  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • ¼ cup Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine baked cauliflower, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
