- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- ¼ cup Green onions chopped
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until tender.
In a mixing bowl, combine baked cauliflower, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
