Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup tapioca pearls
  • 2 cups water for boiling
  • 2 bags black tea
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Add the tapioca pearls and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for another 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain the pearls and rinse with cold water.
  5. 5. Brew the tea bags in 2 cups of hot water for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  7. 7. Let the tea cool, then mix with milk.
  8. 8. Divide the tapioca pearls between two large glasses, add ice if desired, and pour the tea mixture over the top.
  9. 9. Serve with straws and enjoy!
