Brussels Sprouts Soup Recipe
A warm, comforting soup made with Brussels sprouts.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Vegetable broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
2. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for a few minutes.
3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Blend the soup until smooth.
5. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve hot.
