Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for a few minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Blend the soup until smooth.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
