Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a baking dish and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the roasted Brussels sprouts and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
