A simple and delicious Brussels sprouts bake.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a baking dish and spread them out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden and tender.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
