Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a baking dish and spread them out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden and tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
