Brussels Sprouts Bacon Hash Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 6 slices Bacon chopped
- 1 Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, then remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the olive oil, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly browned.
4. Return the crispy bacon to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
