Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 2 Apples, julienned
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded Brussels sprouts, julienned apples, and thinly sliced red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the Brussels sprouts mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
