Brussels Sprouts Apple Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 1 Apple, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup Dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded Brussels sprouts, sliced apple, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
