Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add Brussels sprouts and broccoli. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. Add cooked rice to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and gently fold in diced avocado.
  6. 6. Serve warm and enjoy!
