Brussels Sprout, Broccoli & Avocado Rice Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add Brussels sprouts and broccoli. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
3. Add cooked rice to the pan. Stir well to combine.
4. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and gently fold in diced avocado.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
