  • 4 slices Baguette cut into ½ inch slices
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup Basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
  5. 5. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top and serve immediately.
