Bruschetta Mozzarella Basil Recipe
Simple and delicious bruschetta with fresh mozzarella and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf French baguette sliced
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Fresh mozzarella cubed
- 1 bunch Fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, garlic, and remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Top each toasted baguette slice with the tomato mixture.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
