  • 1 loaf French baguette sliced
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Fresh mozzarella cubed
  • 1 bunch Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, garlic, and remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top each toasted baguette slice with the tomato mixture.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
